AnswerWe are at 29c Silverdale Street, Silverdale, Auckland, New Zealand. Our opening hours are 8-4 Monday to Friday and 8-3 on Saturday (closed Sundays).

AnswerYes the café is child friendly, we have a small selection of toys for them to play with, however we do not provide high-chairs.

AnswerYes, although every cookbook is autographed Bets is more then happy to write a personlised message for you. Please use the message box at checkout for this

AnswerProducts are packaged and presented well however we do not offer specific gift wrapping we can add a personalised message/note to an order if you require. Please use the message box at checkout for this

Question How far in advance do I need to order?
AnswerDepending on what is ordered/needed we suggest you book at least a month or so in advance as we generally book out 4-6 weeks in advance (this does not apply to weddings cakes, we need a much longer lead time for these).

Question How do I store and handle my cake after it is cut?
AnswerAny leftovers need to be refrigerated and stored in an air tight container and should be eaten within a week.
Question Do you deliver cakes/desserts?
AnswerAt this stage we do not provide delivery on any cakes/desserts other the wedding cakes (by prior arrangement only).
Question Do you cater for special diets and allergies?
AnswerYes we have a range of allergy friendly treats in our cabinet daily and we can accommodate most dietry requirements for custom orders. Please see our allergen notice to be fully aware of our processes around allergies

AnswerNo we specialise in sugar and are a sweet cafe only
Question Can I make changes to my order?
AnswerYes changes can be made depending on what is required and timeframe given, it is untimately down to our bakers discretion.
Question Do you sell whole cakes in store?
AnswerWe sell mini cakes (roughly the size of a cupcake) daily instore and we also have full size cabinet cakes available to purchase by the slice. We do not sell whole full size cakes in the cabinet.
Question Can I meet with someone in person to discuss my cake requirements?
AnswerWe find our online custom cake/dessert order forms very thorough, by completing these we can email you back with ideas and a quote on what is required. We find this works best for us so we keep it online based.
Question Do you offer in store Wedding Cake tasting?
AnswerNo we do not offer in store wedding cake tasting. We do however offer wedding tasting boxes with a range of 8 different cakes and fillings. These can be pre ordered online and are produced and sent once a month.
Question Do you do cake making workshops?
AnswerWe do not offer in person lessons/workshops on cake making/decorating. However we have created a variety of online courses teaching many aspects of caking. These can be viewed via the following link.
