POLICIES

RESPONSE TIME

For wedding cake quotes please use our custom cake form and allow three weeks for your quote.

For all other cake quotes and general enquiries please use our contact form and allow one week for a response.  Our admin day each week is Tuesday.

SHIPPING

All orders ship from our Auckland based commercial kitchen.  New Zealand Couriers are our courier of choice.  Please be aware that NZ Couriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Unless otherwise stated on a particular product, all website orders will be processed on the same day if placed before 2pm weekdays or the next business day if placed after 2pm.  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders should arrive the following day on an overnight courier.  Please allow longer for rural deliveries.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you on your shipping confirmation email.  You can track your order at www.nzcouriers.co.nz.

You are welcome to collect your order from our Auckland cafe, you will receive an email notification letting you know when your order is ready to collect.  Visit our contact page for the address and store hours.

DAMAGES

Magnolia Kitchen takes all care in packaging your order and all orders are clearly labeled as fragile perishable goods.  Once your order leaves our store Magnolia Kitchen can not take responsibility for items damaged in transit.  For items damaged in transit please visit contact NZ Couriers.

ALLERGIES

You may see some of our delicious treats are advertised/listed as “gluten free” “vegan” “dairy free” or "egg free".  Please be aware that while these products are free from the allergen specified, they have been produced in our kitchen which is also used to produce products containing these allergens.  All of our allergen free products are produced using equipment that has been thoroughly cleaned prior to production however may contain traces of allergens.
