For wedding cake quotes please use our wedding cake form and allow 2-3 weeks for your quote.

For all other quotes use our custom cake form, dessert quote form and general inquiries please use our contact form and allow one week for a response.  We aim to check and respond to urgent/short notice inquiries within 1 day.

PRE ORDERS

When purchasing a product on pre-order please be aware if you purchase any other items along with your pre-order product we will ship these all together as the shipping cost only covers one shipment. 

REFUNDS

ALL refunds are approved at the discretion of Magnolia Kitchen 

Refunds will NOT be processed when a customer changes their mind or finds a product cheaper elsewhere or decides after the fact that shipping is too expensive.

All purchases made through the Magnolia Kitchen online shop are final and by proceeding to checkout and entering your payment details you are agreeing to these terms.

DAMAGES

Magnolia Kitchen takes all care in packaging your order and all orders are clearly labeled as fragile perishable goods.  Once your order leaves our store Magnolia Kitchen can not take responsibility for items damaged in transit.  For items damaged in transit please visit contact Courier Post or your local postal service responsible for your delivery.

ALLERGIES

You may see some of our delicious treats are advertised/listed as “gluten-free” “vegan” “dairy-free” or "egg-free".  Please be aware that while these products are free from the allergen specified, they have been produced in our kitchen which is also used to produce products containing these allergens.  All of our allergen-friendly products are produced using equipment that has been thoroughly cleaned prior to production however may contain traces of allergens.
