    This is by far one of my favourite recipe books!!! I’ve made slices, loaves, brioche, cakes, curds, caramel and it all comes out amazing!!! Bets Chocolate Cake is loved by everyone that tries it! (Along with all the other yummies 😉). I cannot wait to go up and visit the store some day soon!!!

    This book is fantastic. I’ve had it for about a year now, and I use it often with my custom cake orders. As a novice baker, The Signature Rich Chocolate cake is my go-to layer cake recipe; it never fails me, and I always get rave reviews about it from clients. The Brioche Doughnuts are to die for! Lots of innovative and delicious(!) recipes with well-mapped directions and photos, and of course, Bets’ charm. 😉
